50/50 Tree Assistance Program

Submit the following information to participate in the 50/50 Tree Assistance Program. 

There is a limit of two trees per household.  The cost share is:

$225 max for one tree

$450 max for two trees - this equates to buy one get one free

The 50/50 program is limited each year.  Trees are awarded on a first come, first serve basis.

REMEMBER!  THE BEST TIME TO BUY A TREE WAS 20 YEARS AGO.  THE NEXT BEST TIME IS NOW!
