ADRC TAXI

The City of Dodgeville has a memorandum of understanding with the ADRC of Southwest WI to provide taxi service to it's citizens. 

Hours of Operation in the City of Dodgeville are: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:45 am - 3:30 pm

The taxi is open to the public to persons of all ages.

• The vehicle is easy to get into and out of and is accessible for those using wheelchairs, scooters, and other mobility devices.
• Cost is $2.00 for the first and last ride and 50 cents for each stop in-between.
• Riders can pay each time they get out of the vehicle or at the end of their ride.
• When two or more people are picked up at the same door and dropped off at the same door then they ride at a reduced rate: 2 people - $1.00 each; 3 people - $.70 cent each and 4 people - $.50  each person.
• Children under the age of six ride free with an adult.
• If children are required by law to ride in a car seat, the adult rider must install the car seat into the taxi.  It is ot the taxi driver's responsibility to install car seats.
• Children are not permitted to ride on laps.  This is against the law.
