Designating Officials Authorized to Declare Official Intent Under Reimbursement Bond Regulations

This resolution authorizes the Clerk/Treasurer to make a "Declaration of Intent" on it's behalf when the City expects to reimburse itself from the proceeds of borrowing for certain expenditures prior to borrowing. This designation will facilitate compliance with Reimbursement Bond Regulations.
