Notice of Open Book and Board of Review

Pursuant to Wis. Stat. 70.45, the assessment roll for the Year 2025 assessment will be open for examination the following dates and times:

OPEN BOOK 

Via Phone:       Monday, April 7, 2025 from 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Open Book appointments can be made with Associated Appraisal Services by calling (920)-749-1995.

Instructional material will be provided at the open book to persons who wish to object to valuations under Wis. Stat. 70.47.

NOTICE OF BOARD OF REVIEW TWO-HOUR MEETING

The Board of Review for the City of Dodgeville shall hold a meeting on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, or until time of adjournment at the Dodgeville City Hall, 100 E. Fountain Street, Dodgeville, WI.

Notice of Objections should be filed with the City Clerk at least 48 hours prior to the Board of Review.  Please ensure you have already attended an Open Book appointment with the assessor prior to filing your objection form.
