Land Division - Certified Survey Map (CSM)

Requirements per Chapter 20 of the Municipal Code

General Provisions

• Certified Survey Maps shall comply with §236.34, Wis. Stats
• For all CSMs,  lot sizes shall conform to the area and width requirements of the Zoning Code within the corporate limits of the City or to any ordinance of the town or county in the extraterritorial plat approval jurisdiction.
• All certified survey maps within the corporate limits or within the extraterritorial plat approval jurisdiction of the City must be filed for approval by the Plan Commission 
• All subdividers shall pay a fee to the City upon application of approval to the Plan Commission
