Ley Memorial Pavilion

Harris Park is the home for the Ley Memorial Pavilion which is the centerpiece of Centennial Park.  Ley Memorial Pavilion is a 27,000 square foot, multi-purpose facility used for winter hockey, auctions, flea markets, community sponsored events and wedding receptions.  Additional amenities include restrooms, kitchen area, storage and office space. 

Reservations:  City will allow events to be scheduled three years in advance on a first come first serve basis from April 15th thru October 1st  of each year. Activities are not considered official until the application and deposit has been received.  Balance is due 10 days prior to your event.  If you are interested in reserving Ley Pavilion, please call City Hall at 608-930-9485.  

Tables/Chairs: The City has 35 12-foot cafeteria tables that can be used as part of your rental.  Each tables sits 12 to 16 people per table.  We also offer 10 - 6 foot round tables with chairs.  Dodgeville Lions Club has 122 additional white plastic tables and 40 chairs that you may rent.  Contact the Dodgeville Lions Club for more information by calling (608) 574-4011 or (608) 574-1322.

Proof of Insurance:  Proof of insurance is required to be provided for all organization or clubs prior to hosting their event at the Ley Pavilion.  Individuals having weddings or family events are not required to show proof of insurance but must sign off on the Park Use Release and Indemnification Agreement form which is part of the application process.  

Stage Rental: The City offers an 8-foot x 16-foot stage that can be rented for an additional cost of $50 per event.  The City provides black skirting to cover the bottom of the stage.

From October 1st thru April 14th the Ley Memorial Pavilion is the home of the Ice Wolves Youth Hockey League.  Ice Wolves Youth Hockey Association offers open ice skating to the public throughout their season.  Visit Ice Wolves website for more information on open skating.
