All Cigarette, Tobacco & Vapor product licenses are found on the WI Department of Revenue Website.

WI Act 73 made significant changes to municipal licensing of cigarette, tobacco and vapor products.  All existing retail licenses must apply for their licenses using the new forms (found a the link below) at the time of or prior to renewal of their existing licenses.
