Vendor Permit

Per Chapter 12.13 of the City's Municipal Code, no person shall engage in the sale of food or other items on public streets, in any public park or on any public property, without first receiving a "Vendor Permit" form the City Clerk.  Some exceptions apply (please see Chapter 12).

To Apply

The applicant will need:

  • A copy of their WI Seller's Permit and their permit number
  • Their driver's license number
  • Proof of general liability insurance with a minimum of $300,000 in the aggregate naming the City, it's employees and agents as additional assured.
  • A completed, signed application.  
  • Payment:  An annual permit is $50 and runs May 1 - April 30th.  A single event permit is $5/day up to 3 total days.
